Join Christianne Zurowski, Life Transitions Coach for her Goal Setting Workshop series that raises self awareness to help teens make the right choices for them in a post secondary world.


Learn how to develop healthy habits that will help lead you in the right direction. Change your goal setting by asking yourself what kind of person do you want to be? Create a road-map to carry you forward into your post-secondary years and beyond. Get more clarity, develop more confidence and learn how to take action and see past all the pressure.

Session 1 - Confidence: Building self-awareness and understanding your needs & values.

Session 2 - Clarity: Re-envisioning your future & identifying long-term goals.

Session 3 - Action: Breaking it all down into

manageable steps. Learning strategies to improve follow-through and sustain future focus & momentum.

Emotional Fitness for Men with John Askin

This 4 session program will provide an introduction to and formula for enhanced emotional fitness for men. You will learn how to experience greater strength, peace and ease in dealing with challenging areas such as: anxiety and stress, family and personal relationships, health and well being, work and compulsive behaviours. Emotional Fitness for Men is offered through The Village Clinic and will be facilitated by John Askin - an internationally recognized speaker, presenter and seminar leader with over 20 years experience in leading personal and professional development seminars. John is also author of the best selling book, "For Love Not Money"
