Sound Bath Sundays with Becca Binsted

Welcome to Sound Bath Sundays, a bi-weekly sound healing series at The Village Clinic in the heart of Tsawwassen! Each session offers immersive soundscapes guided by a unique intention, using instruments like crystal bowls and chimes to support relaxation, mindfulness, and inner peace. Open to all levels, on every other Sunday in a calming, community-centered space.

This practice engages the body through resonant vibrations that invite deep rest, support nervous system regulation, and encourage holistic well-being. These frequencies move through the body as gentle waves, softening areas of held tension and fostering a state of internal coherence. As we tune into these sensations, we activate the body’s natural capacity for restoration and balance. The experience is grounding and revitalizing, offering a sense of clarity, spaciousness, and connection across mind, body, and spirit.

What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and/or bolster for under your knees, water bottle, a journal if you like, eye pillow/eyemask for added darkness if you prefer.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the session starts. The Doors will be closed at 7:00PM sharp, and any late arrivals will not be permitted to attend.

There is limited parking in front of the clinic, so you may need to park in the TD Bank parking lot.

***You may also e-transfer $50.00 to avoid Eventbrite fees - this can be sent to berkanasong@gmail.com. Please make sure to include the date you are registering for and your email in the notes.***

What to Expect:
We’ll begin with a guided meditation to help you settle in, set your intentions and prepare for the experience. From there, you’ll be immersed in healing soundscapes and vibrations, allowing you to journey deep within yourself. As the sound bath comes to a gentle close, another short grounding practice will guide you back, bringing a sense of wholeness and clarity. Afterward, there will be time for journaling and integration, giving you space to reflect on your experience.

MEDITATIONS for Emotional Eating with
Jill Fischer, MA

RELEASING PTSD EATING MEDITATIONS

It’s not about willpower.
It’s about safety.

If you’ve struggled with emotional eating, restriction, binge cycles, guilt after food, or feeling out of control around cravings… this isn’t a discipline issue.

It’s a nervous system pattern.

PTSD Eating is what happens when food becomes relief.
Relief from stress.
Relief from loneliness.
Relief from pressure.
Relief from being the strong one all the time.

In this 6-week guided meditation series, we gently release trauma-driven eating patterns and restore safety in the body.

You’ll learn to:

·      Calm the survival brain

·      Heal guilt and shame around food

·      Regulate your hunger response

·      Shift from reactive eating to embodied choice

·      Feel safe in your body again

This is trauma-informed, nervous-system-based, compassionate healing work.

No diets.
No punishment.
No food rules.

Just regulation. Awareness. Freedom.

Men's Group Starting at The Village Clinic

You’re invited to join a men’s group where real conversations matter. We’re a circle of men committed to listening deeply, speaking honestly, supporting one another’s growth, and creating a space that feels safe, grounded, and real.

We value presence, empathy, curiosity, and accountability—while also leaving plenty of room for laughter, connection, and fun, both in and outside the group.

This is a place to show up as you are, go deeper together, and build meaningful relationships with other men who are willing to do the work.

If this resonates, come check out a meeting and see if it’s the right fit for you.

To support depth of conversation and connection, the group will be limited to eight participants. Additional interested men will be placed on a waitlist and contacted as future spaces or groups become available.

If the timing or format of this group isn’t the right fit, you’re welcome to join our broader contact list to receive occasional updates about resources, relevant events and men’s health in the community.

Starting Date: April 1, 2026
Schedule: Every two weeks
